What parents ask us.
Do I have to assemble the bike myself?
Just a little, if it's shipped: the bike arrives in a box almost fully assembled. You fit the handlebar and adjust the saddle yourself — the tools are included and it takes half an hour at most. Collect it from us in Meijel or from a dealer and you'll take it home fully assembled.
How much is shipping?
The BBX-24 ships for € 40 in the Netherlands (Belgium € 50, Germany € 85). Collection in Meijel is also possible.
Can I return the bike?
You have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Condition: unused, complete and in the original packaging. Register your return in advance via info@bbxtreme.nl or +31 77 2340 456.
Can I limit the speed?
Yes. With the button on the handlebar you choose mode 1 (17 km/h), 2 (35 km/h) or 3 (50 km/h). So the bike grows with your child.
What about the warranty?
Every BBX comes with a 1-year factory warranty. Wear parts such as tyres and brake pads are not covered, but are available separately. To make a warranty claim, email info@bbxtreme.nl with a description, photo and proof of purchase.
Is the BBX-24 allowed on public roads?
No. All BBX models are intended for closed-off areas: garden, private land, track. Not for public roads.
Is the BBX-24 certified?
Yes. The BBX range is tested to EN 15194 and EN 62115, and the batteries to IEC 62133. The manual is available in English, Dutch and German.
