We present product information, prices, and availability as carefully as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind BBX BV.

An order is final after it has been confirmed by us. Payment is made through the payment methods offered during checkout.

BBX bikes ship free, are packed carefully to protect paint and components, and are delivered ready to ride and fully adjusted. Test rides are possible by appointment.

You have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us before returning your order so we can guide the process properly.

Every BBX includes a 2-year warranty. Damage caused by incorrect use, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications is excluded.

Use the bike according to the safety instructions. Charge batteries only with original BBX chargers and never unattended.
